The Steps of Custom Hardware Development
1. Drawings, samples, CAD files, or technical specifications will be necessary to start the development process.2. These specs are sent to our development team for review and advisement on construction methods, price, minimum requirement, and any mold fees. At this point we can provide an initial quote.
3. Our factory will provide a 3D sketch with measurements that we use for customer's approval.
4. After approval, we will begin the sampling process, which takes about 2-4 weeks to deliver.
5. When the sample is approved, production begins.
6. Production takes approximately 6-8 weeks and then the items are ready to be shipped to customers worldwide.

Materials: SUNWELL manufactures in low-lead Brass, Zinc, Aluminium,Stainless Steel, Iron, and other metals and plastics.
MOQ: Typically 100+ pcs per item, but will vary based on different products.
Methods of Manufacturing: Sand casting, die casting, forging, loss wax, CNC, wire forming, lathe, stamping, and more.
Samples: Samples are free of charge,but mold fees will be charged and return to customers based on sufficient order quantity.
Production lead-time: Standard lead-time for production is 6 weeks.
Shipping: Ocean shipping is the standard service. It is also ok if you require your order to be shipped via air or direct to an alternate location. International Advisory Service can drop ship worldwide.
